FAQ'S | SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
- The Pink Motel will ship orders out as soon as possible, however, this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time and for your order to ship out. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days after it is processed but is not guaranteed. Please use your tracking number for details. We currently do not ship internationally but hope to in the near future.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the exchange or return of any unworn items within 7 business days. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, with tags attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be held liable and will not be able to complete the exchange/refund, so you may want to insure it and/or add tracking. **ANY SALE MERCHANDISE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.**
HOW TO RETURN FOR CREDIT OR REFUND
- Email us with your order number: HELLO@SHOPPINKMOTEL.COM in order to receive approval to mail the item back. Please send the unworn/unwashed item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. Without this information we may not be able to issue an exchange or refund the item. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days to send out the replacement item.
- If you have received a product with a defect or that has been damaged during shipment, we will happily replace it or refund the price as long as the item is returned within 10 business days.
